There was a comment that the poster did not enlarge, the fix - go to http://www.sdwca.org/ and click on the On-Line shows tab , scroll down, and then click on the word "Manipulated" in orange with the green background. The prospectus is a pdf format and it will open and you can enlarge it as large as you want.
The deadline for submissions is 12/25/10.
